Run Course

(26.2 miles)

This is one of the flattest runs on the Ironman circuit. Spectators fill the roads on the two-loop course, which parallels the shoreline through local neighborhoods to the turnaround in St. Andrews State Park. The sun sets early this time of year, so you may want to toss a long-sleeve shirt into your special needs bag.

  • Start at the Boardwalk Beach Resort and go east on S. Thomas Drive to Thomas Drive
  • Right on Joan Avenue
  • Left on Surf Drive
  • Left on Utes crossing Thomas Drive
  • Bear right on Sunset Avenue
  • Bear left on S. Lagoon Drive
  • Right on Mystic Street
  • Left on Hilltop Avenue
  • Left on Treasure Circle
  • Right on Beach Drive
  • Left on Irwin Street
  • Left on Thomas Drive
  • Right on Spyglass Drive
  • Left on Lookout Street
  • Right on Thomas Drive continuing into St. Andrew’s State Park
  • Enter park, turn right on St. Andrew’s Circle using inside lane in a counter clockwise direction
  • Exit state park returning to the Boardwalk Beach Resort
  • Turnaround at the Boardwalk Beach Resort and repeat entire course
  • Finish at the Boardwalk Beach Resort
